The primary function of Corporate Leasing, also sometimes known as transient housing or turnkey housing, is the bridge the between Serviced Apartments and Condominium Rentals.

Serviced apartments which feature house-keeping services, breakfast pack, concierge services, short terms stays and amenities for daily use.  These however tend to be very pricey which leads to the alternative solution being transient housing.

Who needs this?

The main user of such services would be corporate clients who have large numbers of personal coming into the country for project basis work for a short period of time of between 3 to 8 months.

Our portfolio of landlord represented units range from landed houses to condominium units.

As tenant agents, we have successfully managed expatriate relocation and built up a base of happy clients from all over the world.

ü  Sourcing, viewing and selection of apartments
ü  Presentation of recommendations
ü  Negotiation and signing the tenancy agreements with the landlords
ü  Taking over and defects checks
ü  Drafting up and managing all legal paperwork
ü  Maintenance and general repair and plumbing of the units
ü  Utilities subscription (Utilities will be billed according to consumption)
ü  Internet and broadband connectivity
ü  Access to condominium facilities
ü  Concierge services (Optional)
ü  Airport pick up (Optional)
ü  Arrival orientation upon check in
ü  Bed sheets, towels, cutlery, dishes are provided
ü  Housekeeping services 2 to 3 times weekly
Scope of work includes:
Cleaning bedrooms
Cleaning the kitchen
Cleaning the bathrooms
Washing of dishes
Sweeping and moping the floor
Dusting and cleaning horizontal surfaces
Bed linen changing one a week
Clearing trash
Laundry (Optional)
Ironing (Optional)
ü  Curtain dry-cleaning at the end of the lease
ü  Early check-in and late check-out available

All projects that we undertake have their own specific requirements and parameters, as such, as the solution provider, it is our objective to meet the needs of the client by customising a solution that meets the transient housing solutions of the consumer.

Our solutions are all customisable.

As such, our consultants would go a needs analysis with our clients their needs before presenting a personalised solution that would best address and take care of their needs.  The end result is always intended to far surpass the expectations that the client had initially started out with.
